How this website handles your information. Last updated August 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Property Momentum Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15294936, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For anything in this notice, contact our Data Protection Lead at dpo@propertymomentum.uk. General enquiries can still go to info@propertymomentum.uk.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, work email, telephone, enquiry type, operating area, required start date and the scope of your enquiry. If you submit the data protection complaints form we collect the details described under "Data protection complaints" below. If you email or call us, we hold the correspondence. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to deliver it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing without asking first, and we do not sell them.
Who it is shared with
Enquiries are delivered to us by our email service provider and the website is hosted by our hosting provider; both act as processors. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows. Data protection complaint records are kept for 6 years from the date the complaint is closed. Both follow the retention schedule in our Data Protection Policy, after which records are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict our processing. Email our Data Protection Lead at dpo@propertymomentum.uk to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, you can complain to us using our data protection complaints form, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time; you do not need to complain to us first.
Data protection complaints
If you submit our data protection complaints form (or complain by email or post), we collect your name, contact details, your connection to us, the complaint itself and any documents you attach. We process this to meet our legal obligation to facilitate and handle data protection complaints under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018. Access is restricted to the Data Protection Lead (or a director, where the complaint concerns the Data Protection Lead), and complaint records are retained for 6 years from closure.
