What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, work email, telephone, enquiry type, operating area, required start date and the scope of your enquiry. If you email or call us, we hold the correspondence. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to deliver it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing without asking first, and we do not sell them.
Who it is shared with
Enquiries are delivered to us by our email service provider and the website is hosted by our hosting provider; both act as processors. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted in line with our retention practice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email info@propertymomentum.uk to exercise any of these.
