Who we work with

Two kinds of client, one method.

Local authorities

Temporary accommodation pressure, grant deadlines and Right to Buy receipts that must be deployed. We deliver acquisition programmes against all three, with the reconciliation evidence funders expect.

Registered providers

Stock acquired and refurbished to specification, then held on long-term leases or transferred ready-to-let, with compliance certificates and 3D condition records in the handover pack.

Funding routes we deliver under

Grant funding lives or dies on reconciliation. Our finance team has reconciled programme grant funding with a council partner without variances, and the software captures the data points funders ask for before they ask.
