CDM Regulations 2015

Project controls and site procedures are structured around the requirements of CDM 2015: project-stage risk assessments reviewed regularly, hot-work permits issued, and asbestos information managed in the software.

Waste carriers' licence

Registered waste carrier. Site waste is removed and disposed of lawfully, with duty-of-care documentation retained.

Gas Safe and NICEIC works

All gas works are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and all electrical works by NICEIC approved contractors: specialist partners we appoint, verify and audit. Registrations are checked before appointment and renewal dates tracked in our software.

Operative Code of Conduct

Professionalism, courtesy and respect for residents, with a zero-tolerance policy on inappropriate behaviour and regular local engagement training.

Subcontractor vetting

Every subcontractor completes a PQQ capturing trading name, size, registered address, years trading, company number, directors, nature of business, qualifications, insurances and accreditations, a minimum of two checkable references, minimum and maximum job values, a staff training matrix and standard terms. Qualifications and accreditations are verified. Insurance and accreditation renewals are tracked with a one-week alert. There are random site checks, a down-tools protocol for substandard work, and weekly subcontractor meetings.

Operating hours

Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with a point of contact available whenever operatives are on site.
